Group Weekend in Pattaya July 16, 2008

We spent the weekend with about 10 other couple who’d married in March 07 like us. We’ve been friends with these people since before our wedding as Tik was a member of Wedding Square – a website for Thai brides to network and to discuss their wedding plans.
We drove to Pattaya and spent much of our first day snorkelling and relaxing by the sea.
I got the opportunity to Kayak which, whilst enjoyable, I still find completely exhausting.
We also got to visit a local Thai landmark – although I’ve no idea what it’s called.
We stayed in a modest resort, returning to Bangkok on Sunday. On the way Tik and I met up with a friend Misma to visit a local zoo. It was there I fell in love with this Binturong (Bear-Cat).
